    • Effective for loans locked (or relocked) on/after Monday, February 22, 2010, MSI will decrease the maximum premium paid for Rural Housing (USDA) from 103.750 to 103.000.
      Maximum premium for USDA will be 103.000 effective for all loans locked (or relocked) on/after 2/22/10.
